6. Shipping and delivery
Hardcopy books are currently available for delivery within South Africa only.
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 8–11 working days, although orders may arrive sooner depending on the delivery location and courier.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, high delivery volumes, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Please ensure that your delivery information is correct when placing your order. MomsinFaith cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Refunds, returns and replacements
All physical book sales are subject to our refund and replacement policy.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because a customer has changed their mind, purchased the wrong product, or is dissatisfied with the content.
