Shipping policy

At the moment, our hardcopy books are available for delivery within South Africa only. We are currently working towards finding reliable international shipping options so that our physical resources can reach you outside of South Africa in the future.

Delivery Times

Please allow 8–11 working days for your order to be delivered. This is our estimated delivery timeframe, although many orders may arrive earlier than expected depending on your location and the courier's delivery schedule.

We recommend allowing the full 8–11 working days when placing your order, especially if you need your book by a specific date.

Please make sure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional delivery complications.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather, or high delivery volumes.

International Orders

At this time, we do not offer shipping for hardcopy books outside South Africa. We are working on expanding our delivery options. If you are outside South Africa, you can still access our available digital resources through momsinfaith.store
